Safety Philosophy

Bijux-Vex is built to fail closed, not fail quietly.

Refusal is a feature

  • If a guarantee cannot be met, the system refuses instead of guessing.
  • Refusal makes problems visible early, when they are cheaper to fix.

Fail-closed design

  • Non-determinism is never implicit.
  • Backends never silently downgrade capabilities.
  • Partial writes are treated as invalid until proven complete.

Why silence is dangerous

  • Silent fallbacks create false confidence.
  • Hidden approximation makes audits meaningless.
  • Undeclared randomness turns production into guesswork.

This philosophy is why Bijux-Vex feels strict. It is strict so you can trust it.
